What is chameleon heat transfer vinyl Chameleon heat transfer vinyl (HTV or iron-on vinyl) is made from PET, PU/PVC, and hot glue. It can easily be cut with your LOKLiK iCraft™, Crafter, Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine. When heated with a heat press, the vinyl melts and transfers your design onto your chosen fabric. It works beautifully on a variety of materials like cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, making it a go-to for adding stunning colour-shifting effects to all your creative projects like T-shirts, totes, pillows and much more!
