60 N¹ Electrostatic Grip for Diverse Materials and Modes
With a 60N¹ electrostatic force, materials are firmly secured, preventing any movement during processing. This makes the Electrostatic Mat ideal for paper, vinyl, and even acrylic.²
Acrylic
The strong static force can securely hold acrylic (with protective paper), enabling inkjet printing and foil transfer, making it ideal for invitation and sign crafts.
Vinyl
The electrostatic mat securely holds various types of vinyl, catering to cutting needs for heat transfer vinyl, adhesive vinyl, printable vinyl, and more.
Paper
Effectively holds paper up to 300 gsm, ideal for cutting, inkjet printing, drawing, and foil transfer on cardstock, kraft paper, textured paper, and more.
xTool EasySet™ Library
One-click Setting for Perfect Outcomes
Simply select your material and mode to apply the built-in parameters to achieve perfect results without worrying about incomplete cuts or poor quality.
More Durable Use
The electrostatic force does not weaken with use like the stickiness of adhesive cutting mats, making it more durable and eco-friendly.
Lower Replacement Costs
Unlike traditional adhesive mats that need full-board replacements, our Electrostatic Mat only requires a protection sheet change, offering significant cost savings.

Συχνές Ερωτήσεις
Why is the Electrostatic Mat better than an Adhesive Cutting Mat?
The Electrostatic Mat does not rely on adhesive to fix materials like traditional adhesive cutting mats. It can prevent curling and tearing of designs, making your papercrafting easier and reducing waste. Additionally, it does not lose its adhesion over time like adhesive cutting mats, making it more durable and lowering your replacement costs.
Can the Electrostatic Mat completely replace adhesive mats? Which materials do they support or not support?
No, the Electrostatic Mat cannot completely replace adhesive mats.
ㅤ
Supported materials:
Paper (below 300gsm): cardstock, kraft paper, textured paper, sticker, infusible ink paper, printing paper, photo paper, etc.ㅤ
Vinyl: heat transfer vinyl, adhesive vinyl, printable vinyl, etc.
Acrylic with protective paper.
ㅤ
Unsupported materials:
Fabric, most leather, paper over 300gsm.
ㅤ
Note:
Paper and vinyl with curved surfaces or curled edges (e.g., vinyl rolls) cannot be fully secured either. It is recommended to use the included stickers for additional adhesion.
Which processing modes can the Electrostatic Mat be used?
The Electrostatic Mat supports:Fine-point blade mode, foil transfer mode, inkjet mode, hot pen mode, drawing pen mode, and cutting blade mode (partial materials). It doesn't support rotary blade mode, laser mode, or multi-processing modes.
Will the parameters be different between the Electrostatic Mat mode and Baseplate mode? Why is my material not cutting through?
Parameters with the Electrostatic Mat may vary slightly. Please use the recommended parameters under Electrostatic Mat mode and do calibration before the first use. Actual cutting effects may vary due to surface flatness and material type. If the material cannot be cut through completely or certain parts are not cut through, you can adjust the blade pressure accordingly.
Is the Electrostatic Mat suitable for cutting intricate and complex patterns?
The Electrostatic Mat is very easy to weed and clean, making it suitable for cutting fine patterns. However, for very small materials (less than 2mm), the insufficient contact area can lead to inadequate adhesion, causing the cutting elements to shift during the process.
What is the approximate lifespan of the protection sheet for the Electrostatic Mat?What is the approximate lifespan of the protection sheet for the Electrostatic Mat?
Repeatedly cutting A4 printing paper in the same position 20 times will cause the protection sheet at that location to be cut through. The actual lifespan varies based on cutting frequency, blade pressure, and material.
ㅤ
To avoid damaging the Electrostatic Mat, please change the cutting place. If multiple areas are cut through, the protection sheet needs to be replaced.
